ProsperCap Secures Green Key Certification for All 17 UK Hotels

ProsperCap (SGX:PPC) said all 17 hotels in its UK portfolio received Green Key sustainability certification between August and September, providing a common framework for environmental management across its properties.
The hotels operate under Hilton, IHG and Marriott brands, according to a Monday filing.
The certification covers areas including energy and water use, waste management, environmental policies, staff involvement and guest information, with compliance assessed against defined criteria and supported by on-site assessments.
