First Sponsor Group (SGX:ADN) will issue about 241.2 million Series 3 Tranche 2 perpetual convertible capital securities on Monday to raise gross proceeds of about SG$260.5 million, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The convertible securities are expected to be listed and commence trading on the SGX mainboard Monday.
