On October 29, President Donald J. Trump posted on X to endorse Congressman Dan Meuser’s reelection bid in Pennsylvania’s 9th Congressional District and to criticize Democratic opponent Rachel Wallace.
Trump described Meuser as an “America First Patriot,” praising his background as a “very successful businessman,” former Secretary of Revenue of Pennsylvania, and current U.S. Congressman. He said Meuser is working to “Grow our Economy, Cut Taxes and Regulations, Promote MADE IN THE U.S.A., Unleash American Energy DOMINANCE, Keep our Border SECURE, Stop Migrant Crime, Strengthen our Military/Veterans, and Protect our always under siege Second Amendment.”
By contrast, Trump labeled Wallace a “Radical Left Democrat,” alleging she opposes “NO TAX ON TIPS, NO TAX ON OVERTIME, and NO TAX ON SOCIAL SECURITY,” and claiming that if Democrats “ever got in, all of these things will be terminated.” He further asserted that Wallace supports “massive Tax Increases, Open Borders, Men playing in Women’s Sports, and Transgender Mutilization of your Children.”
Trump concluded: “Dan Meuser has my Complete and Total Endorsement for Re-Election. GET OUT AND VOTE FOR DAN — HE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN!”
