On October 28, President Donald J. Trump said on X he will hold a live TeleRally Monday evening for Louisiana Rep. Julia Letlow, who is running for the U.S. Senate, and praised House Speaker Mike Johnson.
Trump announced: “I’m going to be doing a major TeleRally for Julia Letlow… on Monday evening, LIVE.” He added: “Vote for Julia Letlow — She has my Complete and Total Endorsement, and will never let you down!”
In the post, Trump described Letlow as a “Highly Respected America First Congresswoman” and a “TOTAL WINNER,” highlighting her record serving Louisiana and noting she is a proud mother of two children. He outlined priorities he said Letlow would pursue in the Senate: growing the economy, cutting taxes and regulations, supporting farmers and fishermen, championing Louisiana oil and gas, unleashing American energy dominance, promoting Made in the U.S.A., keeping the border secure, stopping migrant crime, ensuring law and order, strengthening the military and veterans, and protecting the Second Amendment.
Trump also wrote that he “WON BIG” in Louisiana six times, including primaries in 2016, 2020, and 2024.
