President Donald J. Trump said on October 28 on X that Alaska Democrats placed a man named Dan Sullivan on the ballot to confuse the public with Senator Dan Sullivan.
In his post, Trump asserted that this occurred “despite their sworn statements to the contrary,” labeled it “Voter Fraud at the Highest Level,” and called for the Democratic candidate he identified, Mary Peltola, to be removed from the ballot and prosecuted, along with the “FAKE Dan Sullivan.” He added, “This behavior in our Elections cannot be allowed to continue.” The message concluded with “President DONALD J. TRUMP.”
“It was just determined that the Dumocrats in Alaska, despite their sworn statements to the contrary, put a man named Dan Sullivan on the Ballot in order to confuse the Public with respect to Highly Esteemed Senator Dan Sullivan,” he wrote. He continued: “This is Voter Fraud at the Highest Level, and the Dumocrat Candidate, who was involved in the scheme, Mary Peltola, should be removed from the Ballot and prosecuted — So should the FAKE Dan Sullivan. Nothing else will do!”
