I have a fairly high degree of confidence that $GOOG, $AMZN, and $MSFT  will outperform the market going forward. I have absolute (100%) confidence that the three of them equal weighted will outperform going forward as a basket. Cloud growth, AI, operating system ownership will see to it. Buy the basket and sleep well at night.

I’ve said this before—I don’t see much room for growth in $GOOGL . ChatGPT search is 1,000 times better than Google. $MSFT and $AMZN rule Cloud . $META is killing Google in advertising . Android doesn’t make money . The same could be argued for $AAPL , but Apple’s immense brand power sets it apart. While its current CEO, Tim Cook, operates more like a supply chain manager than an innovator, a future leader with even a fraction of Steve Jobs’ vision and ambition could propel the company far ahead of the competition.Apple remains my top long-term pick. The level of brand loyalty and dominance Apple has achieved is something most companies can only dream of.

$MSFT  Has had a pretty net-flat 12 months. The continued test into support at 400 makes for a great launch point. One observation is there is a consistent theme of a volume influx vs reversal relationship. Buyers closing over 415.28 is my target to long into 448. Failure below 400 is go time for bears.

Here's why I love $MSFT  stock: If you own $MSFT, you basically own a tech ETF. They have a wide variety of businesses segments, many which benefit from network effects. And many of these business segments are seeing double digit growth year over year.

Catching a Snake Using an Enemy's Hand

This Persian proverb, meaning to turn an opponent’s weakness into your strength, perfectly describes what Apple and Amazon are doing in the AI race.   While most major tech companies are heavily investing in AI infrastructure, Apple ( $AAPL ) and Amazon ( $AMZN ) are taking a different approach. Google, Microsoft, Tesla, and Meta are pouring billions into AI, which has bolstered Nvidia’s inclusion in the Magnificent 7 list.In contrast, Apple is leveraging tools like GPT and Gemini, while Amazon capitalizes on its SageMaker platform, earning steady revenue by renting out GPUs.By focusing on strategic utilization rather than massive spending, we believe Amazon and Apple are poised to emerge as long-term winners in the AI revolution.
