I am in a similar boat as yours and disappointed and worried that management doesnt have anything fradaulent or to hide, why they continue to miss deadlines in filing important accounting requirements. They should be forthcoming and proactive during these times and try to provide clarity to investors which is essentially management job. It's shareholders fund they are dealing with and they are accountable to be transparent.
