I want to curse two stocks whose trading has been suspended, thereby tying my money up for many weeks. The first stock was $Etoiles Capital (EFTY).IPO was on 8/8/25. Suspended by the SEC from 6/10 to 17/10, with a notice indicating a need for further information. A submission was made by EFTY on 12/10, but maybe the submission was inadequate, maybe there’s a staffing problem at the SEC (they lost 15% of their staff from the DOGE layoffs and many staff have also left).
