    As selling of shares is already incorporated and part of the plans of the business. Which company doesn’t? Even local bank’s CEO Piyush had sold the company shares even though he knows that it’s on a bullish trend. The question is how much of his portfolio is being sold? If it’s $1M out of his few $Bs then would that information still be meaningful? Retail investors have to take a step back to view the ”Sell Off” in a macro perspective. If it’s a sale of 50% of his portfolio/shareholdings, then that would be a red flag… but.. 😉
