However, a high quality stock only gets undervalued when there is fear, uncertainty and bad news that hits the stock market
The problem is that when the fear uncertainty and bad news hits, these same investors cannot get themselves to buy at attractive prices
This is why investing is so psychologically difficult for most investors.
