$SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$ They have probably been advised not to communicate unless accurate and required. They won't post 10K until Feb 24th or everyone will say it was not so hard and they could have done it sooner. They have lots of PR people telling them timing for info release. They are sitting on earnings because their accountants need to focus on 10K and they need that appearance. Just as their is incredible strategy in the business their is incredible strategy around what and when they release info.
