No one will be talking about Deepseek in 6 months as with resources & effort that will follow this in US esp in Meta will be off the charts. Furthermore, this opens the door for AI engineers in emerging economies that didn't see a path to get into the game without access to resources and capital they thought they needed (but do not have the expert restrictions as China & Russia), will now have the courage to dig deep & acquire requisite number of GPUs & build more applications and products like what happened in Asia after Uber created on-demand!
