Canada and Mexico tariffs will hurt Tesla. 

China's won't matter as the cars for the Asia are from the Chinese factories.

But I think all three will be resolved. Trump is posturing and he knows to walk away with a deal is his best outcome. It will make his followers think he got a win, even if in reality it will be a trade-off.
