Mapletree Log - Looks like some buying activities spotted today, she is up 3 cents to 1.25 seem rather interesting!
Lets see if she can rise up to reclaim 1.31 level!

Results is out!
I can see stable gross revenue and NPI!
Higher borrowing costs eaten up the Distribution income and thus the dpu payout is lowered at 2.00e cents as compared to 2.25 cents last year.
occupancy rate at 96%+ seem improving. I think need to wait foe China side to see some improvement plus 2nd half of 2025 we may see interest rate likely help to lower the financial cost!
We will need to see for next 1 - 3 quarters to see how things pans out!

Mapletree Log Tr - This evening she will be releasing her results cum dividend, estimating dpu of 2.1 cents!
Chart wise, she will need to overcome the resistance at 1.32!
A nice breakout smoothly plus good volume we may see her rising up further towards 1.40 to 1.44.
