$Sing Inv & Fin(S35.SI)$

This is one of the first stocks I researched. Back when it was 99 cents I did a DCF calculation that put its fair value at $1.20 . But at the time I thought another company would do better $Valuetronics(BN2.SI)$ , so I put all my money into that stock but soon realised the mistake I had made. Valuetronics wasn't the best 2nd hand electronic retailer in its sector. However I firmly believe that in the financing and credit sector, Sing Invest beats out its local rivals, so after selling Valuetronics at a so-so profit. I bought Sing Invest which had gone up due to ex div date coming up. At 1.04 cents and the stock dipped after paying dividends but quickly returned back up. And now after almost a year has passed, I have recouped my principal and Then some. This is definitely a stock I'll be regularly reinvesting into.

HOWEVER

I should inform you guys that this stock trades so cheaply because it does not have the same security and strengths of that of Singapore's big three bank stocks $DBS Group Holdings(D05.SI)$  $ocbc bank(O39.SI)$  $UOB(U11.SI)$  and is therefore a riskier investment than those three stocks. I mainly picked Sing Invest over them was because Sing Invest was a lot cheaper in its valuation.
