$联邦快递(FDX)$ FedEx (FDX) said Friday it extended the expiration date of the offers to exchange all of its outstanding senior notes of certain existing notes from Feb 6. to Feb. 21 for new notes and the related consent solicitations to adopt certain proposed amendments to each indentures governing the existing notes.
