Mapletree Log Tr - 10 years treasury yield has been dropping from the last 3 days , hopefully gd reit will continue to rise higher. At 1.18, yield is very gd at 6.8 percent, NAV 1.34 , Gearing below 40 percent.
Quarterly dividend which is what is very nice to have.
FY results will be out on 23rd April 2025. Dividend is coming! Awesome!
Are we seeing the bottoming price for the gd reit ! Nobody knows!
When the price is right, we just nibbled base on our plan.
