$GDS-SW(09698)$ just signed 40,000 sqm and 162MW in Q1，that’s already half of last year’s AI-related volume! If that momentum keeps up, AI revenue could easily double this year. Plus, vacancy rates are dropping, and the current PE is crazy low. Honestly? I didn’t buy enough… feeling that FOMO creeping in. Might have to top up before the next leg up.
