TSLA: Cathie Wood is a Great Marketer
1.
Cigna’s partnership with $Eli Lilly(LLY)$ and $Novo-Nordisk A/S(NVO)$ to cap out-of-pocket payments at $200 for Zepbound and Wehovy has 0 significance for $Hims & Hers Health Inc.(HIMS)$ .
Some other insurers are already offering them starting from $0 in select plans.
Cigna’s plan only apply if you have already paid for the the add-on, meaning real cost is above $200.
Lastly, I don’t know how many times we have to say this:
HIMS isn’t a GLP-1 company…

2.
20-Year bond auction came in at 5.047% while the expectation was 5.032%.
Yields instantly spiked above 5.1%…
Ray Dalio precipusly said demand shock was coming for US bonds, we started to see that.
Tariffs, deficit, tax cuts…
Investors see no way rates will come down soon..

3.
If your $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ thesis is robo-taxi creating $35 trillion enterpise value by 2030, you are cooked.
This is not serious stuff.
Let’s make some napkin calculations..
Four largest global providers, Uber, DiDi, GRAB and Lyft have a combined market cap of $236 billion.
Assuming that robo-taxi per mile will cost 1/4 of human driver per mile and the consumer price will remain stable, you still need the volume to grow 30x to create $35 trillion enterprise value!!
Let me be straight: It’s not happening.
Cathie Wood is a great marketer, she is really skilled in creating FOMO but she isn’t a serious investor.
