This stock cannot buy the dip unless there is a technical setup. It's a none profitable company so I would be weary. As possible setup is when it breaches the previous low at ~84 to take out the stop losses and bounces back up.
If it drops below the previous lowest low, there's no indication how low it will go. So be careful.
