$NVDA 20251114 160.0 PUT$ Most of my NVDA shares have been called away over the past few weeks as my covered calls got breached. Sure, that capped some upside, but I’m still happy locking in those gains. Now I’m looking to rebuild a position — but I’m not rushing it. I’ve been selling CSPs on pullbacks to collect higher premiums, keeping my strikes far out at the $160 range.

I do think a bubble is forming around the whole AI narrative, but I also believe we’re nowhere near the bursting stage — not until earnings start showing cracks where heavy AI spending begins overtaking returns. Michael Burry may be vocal about an AI bubble and shorting it, just like he was during the U.S. housing market collapse leading into the Global Financial Crisis, the short that earned him the nickname “The Big Short.” But even then, he was early by almost two years.

So for now, I’ll stay patient and keep leveraging CSPs on NVDA until the right entry presents itself.
