$Qualcomm(QCOM)$
Regardless of what this specific pattern means, QCOM is genuinely diversifying. Sooner or later (though sadly for those of us who are long, it seems to be leaning toward later), the market will be forced to acknowledge its move into faster-growing markets, and the share price should rise accordingly. Patience is tough in this market, but I believe it will ultimately be rewarded.
