$ONDS: World View Secures U.S. Navy Maritime Surveillance Contract:

Ondas’ subsidiary, World View, has been selected by U.S. Naval Forces SOUTHCOM and the U.S. 4th Fleet to support a maritime surveillance program valued at approximately $4.8 million over an initial three-month period. The mission will deploy high-altitude stratospheric balloon systems to provide persistent Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) coverage across the Eastern Pacific and Caribbean, helping combat narcotics trafficking, illegal fishing, and other maritime security threats.

This award follows World View’s successful participation in the UNITAS 2025 naval exercise and marks an important transition from demonstration projects to real-world operational deployments. The contract also highlights the growing demand for autonomous and unmanned surveillance technologies as military agencies seek cost-effective, long-endurance monitoring solutions across vast ocean regions.

For Ondas, the deal further strengthens its position in the defense and ISR market, expanding its multi-domain intelligence platform that combines drones, stratospheric surveillance systems, AI-enabled analytics, and advanced communications technologies.
