The new ETF $Tema Memory ETF(DISK)$  just launched, a pure play on the AI memory bottleneck. HBM, DRAM, NAND, storage—all sitting in the tightest part of the AI stack right now. Demand from training and inference is running ahead of supply.

The basket includes $Micron Technology(MU)$ , Samsung, SK Hynix on DRAM, $SanDisk Corp.(SNDK)$  and Kioxia on NAND, plus $Western Digital(WDC)$  and $Seagate Technology PLC(STX)$  on storage.

Timing matters here. The memory cycle is already tightening and pricing is improving. $Micron Technology(MU)$  flagged it first, and $Tema Memory ETF(DISK)$  just packages the whole trade.

When ETFs start targeting a theme this directly, flows are usually already rotating.

Anyone adding memory exposure here, or still sticking to single names?
