$Direxion Daily Semiconductors Bull 3x Shares(SOXL)$ GOOGL, MSFT, and META have all increased their capex plans so far. A lot of that money turns into revenue and profit for chips over the years ahead.
The market just isn't used to seeing such a big rally in such a short time, driven by sudden mega capex from hyperscalers on rising revenue, EPS, and profit margins. That made a lot of institutions and retail traders who missed the big run hugely jealous, and many wished for a chips crash out of angry revenge — so they could also get in on the ride. LOL.
I'm sticking to my system of 5% max per stock, splitting that into ten 0.5% gradual buys, with each DCA happening at a further percentage distance from the last. So far, 4-5 DCAs have been done on some names, and the profitable ones were sold and reloaded at lower prices.
Big selloffs have always delivered big gains in the end, so I'm gladly buying further chip discounts with a strong conviction that all that mega capex is money flowing into chips.
