$Roundhill Memory ETF(DRAM)$ One reason the DRAM ETF might be close to a bullish breakout is that American investors have been piling in. ETF Db data shows inflows kept coming even while the fund was still in a bear market.

The fund pulled in $222 million on August 7, pushing monthly inflows past $5.72 billion. That's taken cumulative inflows to $23.79 billion, making it one of the fastest-growing funds this year. It now holds $23.8 billion in assets and sits among the most heavily traded funds on Wall Street.

Another reason the DRAM ETF could bounce in the near term is that the AI buildout is speeding up. Big names in the space, Microsoft, Alphabet, Meta Platforms, and Amazon, plan to spend over $750 billion this year. Tesla and SpaceX are building their semiconductor plant in Texas, while Intel is raising funds to keep its investments going.

Other companies in the industry, like CoreWeave, Nebius, Riot Platforms, and MARA, plan to keep spending as demand rises. Just this week, Anthropic struck a $9 billion deal with Riot Platforms.

Nvidia has also laid out a plan to keep the data center boom rolling. It reached a $500 billion deal with major financial institutions like Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, and Brookfield to finance its customers. If that model works out, memory names stand to benefit.
