Duos delivers Q2 revenue of $6.18M, up 30%

Duos Technologies Group (NASDAQ:DUOT) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $6.18 million, up 30% year-over-year, while operating income reached $0.05 million.

Revenue included $3.23 million from Technology Solutions, $2.91 million from Services and Consulting and about $33,000 from Hosting, while gross margin increased to $3.45 million.

Pre-tax income reached $53.64 million, mainly reflecting a $53.17 million investment-sale gain, while cash increased to $112.31 million after Duos secured more than $100 million of growth capital.

Duos reaffirmed its expectations for more than $50 million of 2026 revenue and 25 MW of deployed capacity.

Duos also signed five-year agreements with Axe Compute covering up to 55 MW of U.S. AI data center capacity and representing more than $500 million in expected aggregate payments.

The company also secured a five-year, 10 MW hyperscaler contract worth more than $111 million and completed the sale of its legacy rail technology subsidiary as it concentrates on data center infrastructure.
