$Apple(AAPL)$ The "Surprise and Shine" event coming up on September 9 is set to feature Apple's first 2nm chipset for the iPhone, the A20 Pro. We've already had an early look at the SoC packaging, which shows Apple moving to WMCM (Wafer-Level Multi-Chip Module) technology and dropping the older InFO_PoP solution.
Now there's a first front-side die shot of the silicon making the rounds, showing a higher GPU core count and other improvements.
