A. SpaceX’s AI computing expansion.

SpaceX’s biggest transformation is not rockets reaching orbit, but AI computing becoming its growth engine. SI generated $7.56 billion in Q3 revenue, while Starlink contributed $2.37 billion in operating income to help fund expansion.

However, SpaceX spent $19.59 billion on capital expenditure, exceeding quarterly revenue of $14.58 billion. AI demand may be booming, but returns must justify the investment. Execution will ultimately separate winners from hype.

Tesla’s earnings and a potential merger could trigger volatility, yet neither guarantees stronger shareholder returns. A merger could create synergies but complicate capital allocation and valuation.

My view: watch cash flow, not just growth. The winner will be the business that converts AI ambition into sustainable profits. Hype lifts valuations; financial discipline sustains them.
