I prefer SOXX or SOXQ for broader semiconductor exposure rather than betting everything on DRAM. AI growth is exciting, but I believe cash flow is becoming increasingly important. Companies must prove that massive AI infrastructure spending can translate into sustainable revenue, operating margins and free cash flow.

1️⃣ Why am I making this trade now? AI demand remains strong, but valuations and interest-rate risks deserve attention.

2️⃣ What’s my plan from here? I would DCA into semiconductor ETFs and monitor earnings, cloud spending and free cash flow. If AI capital expenditure rises but revenue growth slows, I would reconsider my bullish outlook.

I bought $Direxion Daily Semiconductors Bear 3x Shares(SOXS)$ for quite some time and it went through few rounds of reverse split. And now despite the semiconductor sector especially tonight plummeted, the invested capital will be very hard to recover.

Valuation is the shaky part though. In a higher-rate setup, semi ETF multiples can compress before cash flow really shows up

Cash flow is the filter now. Memory can rip, but ETFs feel cleaner until AI capex shows up in margins and real FCF
