$Oracle(ORCL)$ will continue to dca on this name. It seems that neoclouds will trade in correlation to orcl. With all the hyperscalers raising debt in the bond market, I don't get why the market specifically punished orcl today. It should have been expected that orcl will continue to raise debts.
