$XERS hits fresh 52-week highs on blowout Q3: $107M revenue, $0.06 EPS, and a $1B 2030 target!

What a monster quarter from $Xeris Pharmaceuticals Inc(XERS)$ Stock is pushing brand-new 52-week highs ($11.36+ pre-market) and it's completely deserved.

Look at the numbers they just reported: $107.2M in revenue (beat by $5.5M) and positive GAAP EPS of $0.06 (crushed the -$0.01 estimate). Recorlev is taking massive market share in Cushing's, gross margins are holding above 86%, and management just gave a long-term 2030 revenue target exceeding $1 Billion. Add in the fact that they retired $34M in convertible debt earlier and their Phase 3 for XP-8121 starts around year-end, and this isn't just a speculative biotech anymore—it's a profitable commercial compounder.

My execution plan:

  • Current: ~$10.41 – $10.75 (Surging to $11.36+)

  • Buy the retest: $10.15 – $10.40 (old ceiling becomes new floor)

  • Stop loss: Below $9.20

  • Targets: $12.50 short-term, $14.00+ on blue-sky expansion.

i almost fell for the bear panic when $XERS tested the accumulation zone. still trying to understand how institutional accumulation works around the 50-day moving average, but owen's breakdown on 86% gross margins and setting a clear stop at below $9.20 helped clear up the confusion. thanks for the updates.

Just remember that even with 86% gross margins, no technical level at the 50-day moving average is a guarantee. Retail traders get burned when they treat $12.50 short-term, $14.00+ on blue-sky expans as a certainty and ignore the stop at below $9.20.

Every dip into the accumulation zone getting vacuumed right up tells you institutional buyers are quietly accumulating $XERS. I'm playing the gap fill first, and once we punch through the 200-day EMA resistance, the air pocket up to $12.50 short-term.

  • The move is happening on declining volume. That's distribution, not accumulation. The implied volatility says the market is pricing a 7.0% swing, and nobody in this thread is. Is $XERS being traded as a tactical gap play or an accumulation hold? The advice changes completely. Happy to stay light on $XERS until we see how it reacts to the key moving averages and support levels.

If you plug 86% gross margins and core product demand scaling rapidly into a basic DCF with low net leverage, $XERS trading at a reasonable earnings multiple is massively mispriced. Reclaiming the 50-day moving average is just the market finally waking up to the cash flow math.
