$MSTR 20250117 230.0 PUT$ A current CSPut gonna be expiring this Friday, likely worthless, thus open a new one as the share price retreated from a strong day yesterday. This new CSPUT has a higher strike than the current contract in order to capture a slightly better premium. $Direxion Daily 20 Year Plus Treasury Bull 3x Shares(TMF)$ I purchased TMF today as it hit a 52-week low, presenting what I believe could be a good entry point. TMF, as a leveraged ETF that tracks long-term Treasury bonds, is highly sensitive to interest rates movements. My investment thesis is based on the expectation that interest rates might be cut in the long term, which would likely lead to a rise in bond prices and, by extension, the value of TMF.
