$Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$ Share price performance is really very poor despite the good results announced. Don't know what's going on with this TSM indeed. Sentiment seems to be very lousy. Could be due to this Trump's tariff issue which is still uncertain in a way. Investors confidence and US market might be largely affected in the long run if Trump still goes on with his tariff implemention. Sad indeed. Recallee TSM was doing fine prior to Trump era.

ASML’s Earnings Miss Signals Trouble: Is TSMC Next in the Semiconductor Slump?
$ASML Holding NV( $ASML Holding NV(ASML)$ )$ $Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing( $Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$ )$ $NVIDIA Corp( $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ )$ $Apple(AAPL)$ The semiconductor industry is feeling the heat, and ASML’s latest earnings miss is sounding the alarm. On April 15, 2025, ASML Holding NV reported Q1 orders of €3.94 billion ($4.47 billion), a stark shortfall from the €4.82 billion analysts expected. With U.S. tariff threats looming and a sluggish chip market, all eyes are on TSMC, ASML’s biggest customer, which reports earnings tomorrow, April 17. Can TSMC weather the storm, or are we in for more tur
$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ The attempt to break out failed. Tesla needed to enter the earnings reporting week with some cushion. The way it ended the trading week is not good. At $241 plus, my expectation is it will retreat to $230 prior to Tuesday the 22nd April. And if the earnings results are as poor as I expect it to be, Tesla will likely go down to $220. Or lower. But beyond this earnings season, I expect Tesla to fall even further to below $200. Again, my target price by mid-year is $180. I am kinder than Wells Fargo and JP Morgan who have called $120......
$Alibaba(BABA)$ Taobao together with Dhgate appears to be unlikely beneficiaries of the tariffs war. With 145% tariffs on Chinese products coming into the US, big brands aren't going to swallow the tariffs cost & hurts their bottom line. They're cutting decades long Chinese manufacturing partners out leaving these partners facing no buyers for their top quality products. Instead, they went on TikTok to spill the beans on big brands supply chain secrets & profitability spurring this latest trend of buying directly from manufacturers. Taobao is currently Top 3 downloaded app on both iOS & Android phones in the US. Best wishes. Cheers 🥂

$Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$ i don't think thr strong profit will continue. Once it started manufacturing in US the cost of manufacturing definitely very high there. Eating out big chunk. In the end just take Asian profit to fund the US plant to pay US employees salary for low yield. It week stay lower 120 to 180 range for next 4 years.

$S&P 500(.SPX)$$SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust(SPY)$ 🧭 Market Flow Review & Outlook UpdateCompared to the previous analysis from April 16, today's outlook remains broadly consistent in terms of the long-term bullish trend. However, there is a slight change in the short-term pattern expectations and timing signals.Yesterday, we observed a correction trend within a bullish zone, and that still holds today. But today’s session showed a shift back to stronger buying pressure, which suggests that the correction might be stabilizing or preparing to transition back into a short-term uptrend. This change in buy-sell intensity is the key reason for adjusting the timing outlook while still maintaining the same g
From the preliminary stand point, volatility is definitely here to say. Those that are "off the market", it would be a great time to get ready to "time the market", base on Trumps vocal signals. I don't think Powell's current objectives is to "cushion" the market but rather to ensure that inflationary measures are kept at bay... which from trade war stand point, ot would be a very challenging tasks given that US is not manufacturing all the necessary parts but import mostly from China. @koolgal @MillionaireTiger @Blinkfans @BillionaireN

No surprise, who would close with a big bounce ahead of a long weekend with such uncertainty? Bounce thesis still on.The lack of conviction in price action is widening again the lower Bollinger band. The potential implication is a delay in the bounce and the risk of lower lows. The oscillator is setting up a bearish reversal as well. Not a good close for the week, even with a resilient price action despite of $UnitedHealth(UNH)$$NVIDIA(NVDA)$
I thought it worth highlighting a couple of additional charts I’ve come across that illustrate how this week’s chart may play out.The first chart shows foreign holdings of US equities vs their total holdings of US financial assets; you can see just how much foreign investors have been crowding into US stocks — just compare and contrast the peak of the dot com bubble vs the depths of the financial crisis. And the reality is foreign flows have been a critical part of the story above; driving things higher on the way up.But as alluded to, the many minds of markets are beginning to change; global investors are reporting a record high intention to underweight US equities. $S&P 500(.SPX)$$SPDR S&P 500 ETF T
