It appears that $TSLA will delay the launch of its more affordable vehicles until end of 3Q. Our bigger concern is the story appears to confirm our fear that the new cheaper vehicles will be stripped down versions of M-Y and M-3 (slower 0-60, smaller batteries, cloth seats, smaller screens, smaller wheels) which will add little to FY’25 volumes, assuming the new vehicles are merely new trims (and not new models), since they don’t allow TSLA to enter new client segments or expand TAM. We again question a strategy of cutting prices funded by cutting costs, which will likely lead to further estimate cuts, since any volume that goes to the cheaper vehicles will likely cannibalize the more expensive TSLA trims. finance.yahoo.com/news/exclusive…

Is Tesla planning to launch new vehicles, or did they just lie to everyone? Everyone seems to be of the opinion they made it up. “Plans for new vehicles, including more affordable models, remain on track for start of production in the first half of 2025. These vehicles will utilize aspects of the next generation platform as well as aspects of our current platforms and will be produced on the same manufacturing lines as our current vehicle line‑up. This approach will result in achieving less cost reduction than previously expected but enables us to prudently grow our vehicle volumes in a more capex efficient manner during uncertain times. This should help us fully utilize our current expected maximum capacity of close to three million vehicles, enabling more than 60% growth over 2024 produc

Is this recovery or decay? Market Outlook of S&P500 - 21Apr25

Market Outlook of S&P500 - 21Apr25 Observations: The MACD indicator has completed the bottom cross-over that suggests an uptrend. Moving Averages (MA). The MA50 line has started a downtrend, while the MA200 line is on an uptrend. This implies a downtrend in the mid-term and a bullish trend in the long term. A death cross has surfaced when the MA50 line cuts the MA200 line from above. A death cross can be seen as a bearish indicator. Death Cross Definition: How and When It Happens Candle. The last candle is below the MA50 and MA200 lines, implying a bearish outlook for the medium and long term. The three Exponential Moving Averages (EMA) lines are showing a downtrend. Chaikin’s Monetary Flow (CMF) is in the “uptrend zone” (above the 0 line). This implies more buying than selling. L

Cheap Thrills or False Dawn? The C3.ai Conundrum of 2025

AI rises from the ashes, algorithm by algorithm As AI hype cools and C3.ai sinks, is this a contrarian gem in disguise? I’ll admit it—I have a soft spot for underdogs. Especially when they’re down more than 40% year-to-date and trading under $20 a share. $C3.ai, Inc.(AI)$ has been dragged through the proverbial mud in 2025, but I’m starting to wonder: is this just a market tantrum, or are we looking at a misunderstood tech stock with serious long-term bite? Let’s not sugarcoat it. C3.ai has become something of a financial Rorschach test. To the sceptics, it’s a cash-burning mirage. To optimists (myself included), it’s a foundational AI infrastructure play just waiting for its 'Nvidia moment.' Volatility hides the long-game vision behind the ticker s

$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$   I believe Tesla's Q1 2025 earnings might not repeat last April's 14% stock jump, given the challenges the company is facing. Analysts are projecting declining revenue and EPS, with a consensus expecting revenue around $21 billion and EPS at $0.40. The 13% drop in vehicle deliveries to 336,000, alongside a 40% YTD stock decline, signals a tough quarter. Weakening EV demand, production issues, and backlash against Elon Musk's political involvement have hurt Tesla's brand, especially in Europe, where its market share fell from 17% to 9%. I think these factors make a strong earnings beat unlikely, and the stock could risk falling below $200 if negative sentiment persists. That said, I'm not as

I think if Trump fires Powell, it could create significant uncertainty in the financial markets, especially given Powell's stance on rejecting rate cuts and his focus on assessing inflation trends. Powell's term as a Fed governor lasts until February 2028, so any attempt to remove him early would likely face legal and political challenges, as the Fed's independence is a cornerstone of U.S. monetary policy. Trump's frustration, as seen in his Truth Social post calling Powell“too late and wrong,”stems from his desire for lower rates to boost economic growth, but firing Powell could backfire by eroding confidence in the Fed, leading to market volatility and a potential spike in Treasury yields. On the other hand, I see a possibility that Trump's threat might be more rhetorical than actionable
