$PLTR Is Too High to Chase

$Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$ is pushing into a major institutional supply zone tied to a roughly 2B-share block. That doesn’t mean the stock has to sell off, and I’m not interested in shorting it here. But after such a strong run, I also wouldn’t be surprised to see the stock get rejected and eventually work its way back toward the smart-money zone around $100. That’s where patience matters. My plan is simple: I’m willing to wait over the next six months and see whether $PLTR gives us a better entry back near that support area. If price retraces into the zone and the setup is still intact, I’ll take the trade. If it never comes back and instead breaks into new all-time highs without me, I’ll miss it. And that’s completely fine. There’s no ne

TOPCaptain Ashford: I generally agree, but I'm more inclined to look for a short position. As strong as it's earnings were, I still think the valuation is way over done. But in the meantime, no position is best position for me too.

The $104 Billion Backlog Is Still There: CRWV Jumps 14%, SMCI Gains 7% After Hours

AI hardware stocks have suffered a sharp valuation reset, but the latest earnings show that underlying infrastructure demand remains strong. CoreWeave’s revenue backlog reached $104.2 billion, while Super Micro guided for up to $72 billion in annual revenue. The key bottlenecks are increasingly power, cooling, networking and financing—not a lack of AI orders AI Infrastructure Rebounds After Hours U.S. stocks ended the latest session lower as investors remained cautious ahead of the July CPI report: S&P 500: −0.32% Nasdaq Composite: −0.60% Dow Jones: −0.34% However, several AI infrastructure names rebounded after the close: $CoreWeave(CRWV)$: up more than 14% after hours $Super Micro Computer(SMCI)$: u
The $104 Billion Backlog Is Still There: CRWV Jumps 14%, SMCI Gains 7% After Hours
TOP苏36: I think this rebound is about more than just strong earnings AI demand clearly hasn't disappeared — the bottleneck is shifting from GPUs to power, cooling, networking and data-center capacity. CoreWeave's $104B + backlog and Super Micro's raised FY2027 guidance show customers are still spending aggressively. That said, I wouldn't chase the after-hours spike. CRWV has huge growth potential but also massive capital and financing risks, while SMCI's improving margins make it particularly interesting. My take: If CRWV and SMCI can hold their gains during regular trading, this could be the early stage of an AI infrastructure recovery rather than just a short-lived earnings bounce. @Tiger_comments [暗中观察]

Is it INTC time again ?

On Mon, 10 Aug 2026 comeback kid $Intel(INTC)$ made the headlines again when it announced a $15 billion common stock offering to support skyrocketing customer AI demand. (see below) Even before US trading begins, early on Tue, 11 Aug 2026, the chip maker confirmed, it had priced the stock offering at $95 a share and upsized the offer by additional $5 billion to $20 billion. (see above) Here’s the thing - INTC’s $20 billion equity raise is more than a routine financing exercise: It is a calculated attempt to convert INTC’s powerful share-price recovery into the factory capacity needed to compete in AI infrastructure and 3rd-party chip manufacturing. The immediate sell-off reflects dilution anxiety, but the deeper question is whether the offering: S

🚨 JPMorgan Goes All-In on Gold: Inside Wall Street's Biggest Bullion Call

1. Executive Summary $SPDR Gold ETF(GLD)$ Gold has already delivered one of its strongest runs in decades — and $JPMorgan Chase(JPM)$ believes it isn't done. The bank's Private Bank and Global Research desks both point to continued strength, with a full-year 2026 forecast of $6,000/oz, potentially reaching $6,300/oz into 2027. Even CEO Jamie Dimon has weighed in, flagging macro risk in the same breath as the bank projects gold near $5,000/oz by Q4. 📌 Key Insight: When a bank's CEO, private wealth arm, and research desk all point the same direction, it's worth understanding why. 2. 🚨 JPMorgan Goes All-In on Gold: Inside Wall Street's Biggest Bullion Call
TOP苏36: I'd say JPMorgan's $6,000 gold call is aggressive, but the underlying thesis is worth watching. Gold's rally is becoming more than a safe-haven trade. Central-bank diversification, geopolitical uncertainty and concerns over fiscal stability are creating structural demand. Even if central-bank buying slows temporarily, the broader trend hasn't necessarily changed. The biggest risk is a hawkish Fed and rising real yields, which could trigger another sharp pullback. My take: I wouldn't chase gold after such a huge run, but I also wouldn't underestimate the structural bull case. The key question now isn't whether gold can hit $6,000 — it's whether the market is already pricing too much of that optimism. @Capital_Insights [得意]

$ONON Slower Growth, Better Margins

The market doesn't like seeing revenue growth slow, but I think the bigger question is what $On Holding AG(ONON)$ is giving up to protect profitability. Management appears willing to accept some moderation in growth rather than sacrifice margins just to keep the top line moving faster. That tradeoff could become increasingly important over the long term. If margins continue to expand, the earnings power of the business can keep improving even if revenue growth settles at a lower rate. At around 22x trailing earnings, the valuation also looks much more interesting if margin expansion continues to translate into stronger EPS growth. What looks expensive on today's numbers can look very different a few years from now if the company keeps improving it

Tencent Q2 Earnings Strategy: Focus Is on Post-Earnings

I. No Surprises in Earnings, But Key Product Launches Are Imminent Tencent Q2 expectations: Total revenue +8.8% YoY (consensus +10%), adjusted net profit +4.7% (consensus +9%) — both slightly below consensus, a near-term risk point. WeChat AI assistant beta launch and foundational model improvements are underway. The market may be underestimating Tencent's leading position in China's AI agent orchestration layer (WorkBuddy ranks #1 in user base). Capex for 2026–28 is raised 23–25% to RMB 185B/225B/250B. Forward EPS is lowered due to increased AI investment. Tencent will host its Global Digital Ecosystem Summit in September 2026, focusing on breakthroughs in WeChat AI agents, WorkBuddy, and other 2C products. Robo.ai (AIIO): A Long-Term Bullish Technical Setup

A constructive long-term outlook supported by trend structure, key moving averages, and breakout potential. Overview  Robo.ai (AIIO) has developed from a speculative micro-cap name into a more technically structured growth candidate. The stock’s broader setup remains constructive, supported by a bullish moving-average profile and a price structure that continues to hold above its longer-term trend anchor.  At a current price of $2.98, AIIO remains near the upper end of its stated 52-week range of $0.54 to $3.07. While recent price action reflects some short-term consolidation, the longer-term bullish thesis remains intact as long as the stock continues to trade above its 200-day moving average.  Technical Setup  The key technical feature is AIIO’s golden cross, with the
