Be Bullish on the SNAP

Seeing lots of bullish takes on $Snap Inc(SNAP)$ post CEO comments. Here's some thoughts: 1. Zero CEO buys in the last few years. Only out of control SBC. 2. There's only so long investors can deal with weak margins. -> $Reddit(RDDT)$ has 33% FCF margins and 45% net income margins. -> $Snap Inc(SNAP)$ has 7.4% FCF margins and 14% net income margins. They're the two MAIN issues amongst a few others. The positive is if $Snap Inc(SNAP)$ and other can turn these around then the upside is pretty decent. Say

TRADE PLAN for Thursday 📈

$S&P 500(.SPX)$ had another consolidation day under 7700. It just printed 3 consecutive red days as well. IF SPX gives up 7600 we can see one more flush to 7550-7580 range. The market is waiting for CPI data on Friday. Be patient for now, SPX needs 7700 to look at calls or under 7600 for puts. $Micron Technology(MU)$ closed at 1027 today. It held the 1k support at the open and closed green on the day with $Invesco QQQ(QQQ)$ lower. MU is winding up for 1250+ again this year. I'd stay bullish above 1000 $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ 530 is a breakout level for

High Oil Prices will Force the Federal Reserve to Adopt a More Aggressive Interest Rate Policy

Hello everyone! Today i want to share some macro analysis with you! Following the U.S. military strike on Iranian oil tankers, Brent crude briefly approached the $100 mark. In the past, an escalation of war has often been a direct positive for gold; however, against the current backdrop of monetary tightening, the surge in oil prices has intensified market fears of a global “reflation.” Investors have realized that high oil prices will force the Federal Reserve to adopt a more aggressive interest rate policy. This has caused the U.S. dollar to rise and gold to continue falling. The key support level is currently at 4,375; if this level cannot be held, gold will continue to seek support at 4,350! Short-term sell positions continue to generate profits!

$SPX Lost 7681. The Bearish Move Is Underway

$S&P 500(.SPX)$ SELL SIGNAL TRIGGERED. 🚨 The Daily FVG support has officially failed, and the close below 7681 gives us the confirmation I was waiting for. That level was the line in the sand. Once 7681 broke, the bullish FVG flipped into an iFVG and the bearish setup became active. Now I’m looking for the downside to develop rather than trying to chase another push higher. 🎯 First measured-move target: 7570–7550 That’s the immediate zone I’m watching. But honestly, I’m more interested in what happens after we get there. If momentum continues to build, this could be much bigger than a simple pullback. I’m leaning toward this being the beginning of a larger BEARISH W3 DECLINE. 🐻 The key reference now is last week’s high. As long as price remain

Semiconductor Bull Run Before the Midterm Elections

Today's market is quite eventful — oil broke through $100/barrel, gold rose, Bitcoin rose, Treasury yields rose, semiconductors rose, and even the VIX rose. The only thing that fell was the broader market. Macro inflation is heading higher, but the AI industry outlook is also bullish — it's a "each to their own" kind of dynamic. I'd suggest paying close attention to GPT-6 Astra. The fact that it can lift semiconductors in such a challenging macro environment makes me wonder how much higher they'd fly if the macro environment were actually favorable. Also, we should expect a wave of positive news from closed-source models going forward. $Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$ Pre-market, META announced its new personal AI assistant, MUSE, which has already cl

9/9 Pre-Market Thoughts: Oil Price Trigger Point

I. Key Events U.S.-Iran Confrontation in the Strait of Hormuz Intensifies Sharply, with Brent crude briefly breaking above $100/barrel. Based on past patterns, the likely sequence is: Trump further escalates tensions and makes hawkish statements → oil prices return to previous highs or even push to new highs → a compromise or deal is reached between the two sides → oil prices pull back. The rhythm is rally first, then decline — chasing highs requires caution against a potential pullback from a resolution. META: New Personal AI Agent "MUSE" Launches — capable of handling daily tasks, with the app rising to #4 in the App Store rankings, driving the stock up 5% pre-market. Even if the market response fades after launch day, the effect takes time to fully play out — until then, the market will

From EVs to Humanoids: Can China’s Carmakers Find Their Next Growth Engine?

China’s electric-vehicle market is entering a tougher stage. Domestic passenger-car sales fell 23.7% year on year in August, while domestic EV and plug-in hybrid sales declined 10.1%. Exports remain a bright spot, with passenger-vehicle exports rising 77.5% and EV and plug-in hybrid exports climbing 154.7%, but intensifying competition at home is putting greater pressure on automakers to find new sources of growth. For the stock market, this makes the industry’s expanding push into humanoid robotics increasingly relevant. Companies including $XPeng Inc.(XPEV)$, BYD, Chery and GAC are trying to extend capabilities developed for intelligent vehicles—such as AI, batteries, sensors, autonomous systems and advanced manufacturing—into ro
From EVs to Humanoids: Can China’s Carmakers Find Their Next Growth Engine?
TOP苏36: I would pickXPengas the most interesting EV-to-humanoid robotics story, but the bigger opportunity may be the technology crossover itself. XPeng's advantage is not simply having a humanoid prototype. Its experience in intelligent driving, AI, sensors, batteries, electric motors and automated manufacturing gives it a potential foundation for scaling robots. That said, investors should separaterobot demonstrations from commercial reality. The real milestones are production volume, customer orders, pricing, unit economics and recurring revenue. If XPeng can prove that its IRON humanoid can move from the factory floor to profitable mass deployment, the market may stop valuing it purely as an automaker and start viewing it as aPhysical AI company. That valuation shift could be far more important than the robot itself. @TigerObserver [胜利]

Tuesday's Chip Rally Ran on Someone Else's News. Micron's Own Never Made the Close.

All three indexes closed lower on Tuesday, the Dow worst of them at 1.18 per cent, $S&P 500(.SPX)$ down 0.58 per cent and $NASDAQ(.IXIC)$ Composite down 0.32 per cent. Chips went the other way on the same day: Intel put on 9.05 per cent to close at US$104.47, back above US$100 and the biggest gain in the row. The indexes went one way and the chips went the other, and that is the split this day comes down to. What pushed the indexes down was oil. WTI moved above US$94 and Brent came close to US$99, and what pushed oil up were attacks in the Middle East. The attacks fell over the weekend, so they were not in Friday's closing prices and only arrived at Tuesday's open. The
Tuesday's Chip Rally Ran on Someone Else's News. Micron's Own Never Made the Close.
TOPJerry Lam: I would choose not to rush to the next opening, and at least let it complete a full trading day before making a decision. The reason is that Goldman Sachs' view that "the worst may be over" can indeed improve sentiment, but it is an expected recovery, not immediately verifiable orders or earnings data. In particular, neither MU nor SNDK showed strong support in the previous trading day, indicating that the market has not yet formed a consensus on the storage sector. If the market opens higher next time, I'm even less likely to chase it. What I want to see is: whether it can hold after opening higher, whether trading volume continues to increase, whether MU can regain its foothold above $1,000, and whether SK Hynix's strength can drive a resonance in the entire storage sector. These are more important than a single rating opinion. From a fundamental perspective, I still prefer MU because HBM and DRAM prices and capacity realization are relatively easy to track; SNDK, on the other hand, leans more towards the NAND cycle and may have greater elasticity, but also higher volatility. In short: Post-market positive news is most easily impulsive. What is truly valuable is not "how much higher the next stock opens," but whether funds are willing to continue buying it after it opens higher. I'd rather earn less on the first leg than grab the first one.
