$Torm PLC(TRMD)$ I hold this stock for long term as it pays good dividend! Only recently it has gone up. I am planning reduce my holding and move my capital around! moving captial around from time to time helps with portfolio growing!

$Exxon Mobil(XOM)$ decided to closed this - moving capital around and top up my Tech stocks! 

$Schwab US Dividend Equity ETF(SCHD)$ if you don't have time to do frequent trading, and a bit of stale income, ETFs is the way to go. $Schwab US Dividend Equity ETF(SCHD)$  is one of my choices due to reasonably attractive dividend. Invest this for long term or keep extra cash in hand for quick turnover when you need cash to buy other stocks.

Buy the dip? Not necessary. I always buy quality company, those with lots of cash and ROE more than 20%. Also, not everyone has huge cash to buy the dip - so those without a lot of cash to buy more, at least don’t panic sell when market is bad. Again, good company always re-bounce. Hang in there fellow investors!
