Jan 28 (Reuters) - Microsoft MSFT.O and OpenAI are investigating whether data output from OpenAI's technology was obtained in an unauthorized manner by a group linked to Chinese artificial intelligence startup DeepSeek, Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday.
