$SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$ My take on SMCI's latest 10-K is that it's a massive bullish signal. FY2026 numbers: $39.1B revenue, up 77.8% YoY. $4.23B gross profit, $2.77B operating income, $2.23B net income, and $3.26 diluted EPS versus $1.68 last year. This isn't just revenue growth. Supermicro is evolving into a complete AI data-center infrastructure provider. Its DCBBS platform integrates servers, storage, networking, racks, liquid cooling, power distribution, software, services and support into full AI-factory deployments. The technology positioning is exactly where you want it: NVIDIA Blackwell / Blackwell Ultra, GB200 / GB300 NVL72, NVIDIA Vera Rubin, AMD EPYC + MI350, AMD Helios / MI455X. Management says AI has substantially incre
AI is running into a power problem. AI chip-driven electricity demand is projected to surge to roughly 315 GW globally by 2033, more than +1,100% above 2025 levels. The US alone could account for around 200 GW, or nearly 64% of this new demand. And it's not just total consumption. AI data centers can experience massive power swings when hundreds of thousands of GPUs ramp up simultaneously, pushing electricity usage far above normal design levels. That puts additional strain on batteries, generators, cooling systems, transformers, and other critical infrastructure, potentially driving higher maintenance and replacement costs. The AI boom isn't just a chip story. A massive buildout of new energy and power infrastructure is going to be needed to support it.
$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ I have never been this bullish on AMD. AI companies are doing 150 bln in ARR from consumer and enterprise, and we're looking at around 450 bln in ARR closing 2027. All of this capex will be justified.
$Eli Lilly(LLY)$ Eli Lilly has a $40 million investment in ABSI. This looks like a 5-10 bagger since it appears to be the first drug that permanently regrows hair. It will likely start a bidding war, and Lilly wants to have a say or a strategic advantage in being first in line to acquire. AMD has also invested $20 million in ABSI. The phase 2 data should be stellar when it comes out, since monkeys and humans share 99% DNA. They appear to have one of the best, or first, AI-driven drug discovery platforms, so I would expect more compounds and partnerships soon.
$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ AMD has reportedly hit an estimated 4x improvement in AI energy efficiency as of mid-2026, ahead of the 3x target it had set for this stage and more than double the historical trendline at the same point. That puts the company on a decent trajectory toward its 2030 goal of a 20x increase in rack-scale energy efficiency for AI training and inference. It also reflects the work AMD has been doing across silicon, systems, and software to help customers run AI workloads more efficiently.
$Capricor Therapeutics(CAPR)$ Damn, that was quick. I had a feeling it would pop soon and was planning to add more, but I missed the move for now. This month is shaping up nicely though.
