Resilent - Traditionally safer sectors like Utilities and Healthcare.  Shaky - Tech stocks. Although I should emphasize that there was a small jump towards the upside at closing yesterday. But I still think its not the strong rebound that everyone is waiting for.  With these reasons, I open the option trades that were posted yesterday.[Cool]   @madluvyz - Specialist in using TA to sell options and swing trade.😺

$MA VERTICAL 250321 CALL 582.5/CALL 585.0$  Disclaimer: Whatever I say or post doesn't act as financial advice, so please do your due diligence before making any decision. Took this sell call trade on MA today. I know its a slightly risky trade to make on MA, with its robust business fundamentals. But seems like money is being shifted out of financial sectors now, and with MA and V still lagging in bearish movement, I took on this risk. Keeping it at 2.5 wide too.  @madluvyz - Specialist in using TA to sell options and swing trade.😺

This proves that China EV makers are definitely offering better value for money as compared with its counterparts from other countries.

As you can see in the stock movement, even with an earnings beat and positive guidance, the "darling" AI stock of recent time, NVDA still continue its downward trend. My own portfolio is also taking a hit now as I overweight on tech stocks, and I do not see the trend reversing anytime soon. Investors seem to be moving their funds to traditionally defensive sectors such as Healthcare and Utilities. So personally I will avoid trading options on the tech sector for now, unless there is a very strong conviction for me to do so.  @madluvyz - Specialist in using TA to sell options and swing trade.😺

$LMT VERTICAL 250321 PUT 427.5/PUT 425.0$  Disclaimer: Whatever I say or post doesn't act as financial advice, so please do your due diligence before making any decision. Sold a put spread on LMT today. Accumulated losses on this trade previously, so now taking a ladder approach, aiming to claw back the losses in phases. Took this trade because they were awarded a new defense contract recently, further solidify their strong stance in the defense sector. Keeping the spread at 2.5 to minimize losses. @madluvyz - Specialist in using TA to sell options and swing trade.😺

Will the market continue to be a bloodbath or things are turning a corner?

The market showed a slight upward movement on the opening, but seem to lose steam as it moved towards market close. A lot of people are speculating whether this is the end of the bear market, including me. So I like to provide my view on this.  Policy Uncertainty: The unpredictable nature of Trump’s decisions—oscillating between canceling and enforcing tariffs—creates a volatile environment. This uncertainty not only affects investor sentiment but also makes it hard to predict market direction. Impact on International Relations: Continuous tariff threats can strain diplomatic and trade relations with partner countries. The mention of China's DeepSeek algorith

Disclaimer: Whatever I say or post doesn't act as financial advice, so please do your due diligence before making any decision. The Red Sea is here. With numerous less than favorable financial statistics being announced over last week to this week, it creates a lot of uncertainty and impact confidence in investors. In response, they moved funds to commodities like gold, bonds and other "safe haven" sectors such as healthcare and utilities.  With the DOGE continuing its aggressive cost cutting measures in the US government, it impacts funds allocated for government contracts handed out to subcontractors. This explains the continued bearishness in the defense sector, which was flying sky high during Biden administration. I do not think the bearishness in the market will stop a

As we come to the tail end of the earnings season, there are still some notable names to take note such as NVDA, LOW and HD. I think Berkshire decision to trim their stock portfolio is based on uncertainty in the market. Before Trump took control of the office, I was going to inject new funds into my brokerage account, in a bid to increase my capital to make more trades. However, I changed my mind as I anticipate the votality and uncertainty in the market, which is clearly represented in recent times. I keep my cash components in money market funds, short term bonds and high interest savings account for liquidity, so that at any point of time when the market
