Just Sell Put at 10 to 13 range Strike, collect premium along the way. Just need to calculate your return should be above 4%p.a. If it gets assigned, I'm prepared to hold for long term Calls, similarly, collect premium of above 4% p.a  Just my personal strategy. 

Maybe wait a while (just my opinion). It's income sheet and balance is in the Red zone. Highrisk. 

TSLA is now overpriced. You can see my screen cap, it's intrinsic value is $665.90. 

For beginners I always advocate to start with a stable ETF (SPY) to grow your portfolio. Gain as much knowledge during the 'waiting' time. Buy Call options with max expiry date.
