In the hands of relatively new traders, GME stock has become a weapon to slay hedge funds. Since 2020, many pros tried to bring GME to its knees. But a bunch of them went broke doing it. Those who survived are shrinking to survive their wounds from being short GME stock. This is a hot stock, so there is no use messing with its devotees.What has been less clear is the viability of the business going forward. Judging purely by the financial results, there isn’t a good story to tell. Revenues have been shrinking for a long while. Last year, GME revenues were 35% smaller than seven years ago. The 2021 net income was a decline of $382 million versus a $402 million gain in 2015. Clearly the trend is not the friend of GameStop stock investors. At least not on paper.GameStop Fundamentals Are Still UnclearDespite its woeful financial metrics, this hasn’t translated into stock losses. GME stock now is 400% higher than in 2015 when the business was much stronger. The reaction in the stock from the pandemic was counterintuitive and borderline stupid. However, the Wall Street adage to not fight the tape applies perfectly here. It doesn’t matter what we think of the stock, what matters more is how it’s trading.It’s easy to get emotional and to want to fight the trend out of principle. But the results can be financial devastation as even pros have been learning. I am not bearish the stock, but it’s definitely not my favorite. If you force me to trade it, I would do just that: Trade it. It is not clear to me that there is an investment opportunity here, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t profits ripe for the taking.In March GME fell to $78 per share, and less than a month later it had already rallied 154%. Clearly those edges mark extremes, and they don’t usually last. Case in point, it is now almost exactly in the middle deciding on which way to go next. The relatively safe way to trade it is to be active inside the range. The term I would use to describe the style would be tactical. For that I would have no long-term expectations, just shorter-term gains.Don’t bother turning to experts for advice, because they seem clueless. According to Yahoo Finance, most of them are literally in a holding pattern. Meanwhile, current price is 2.7 times their average and 1.5 times their highest price target. How they can have both those things together defies logic. Using simple logic, I see no evidence or reason to hold it for the long term. GameStop’s evolution plans are still too obscure for me, and I would need more tangible milestones. Last year it was one thing, and this year it is another with NFTs.Trade GME Stock on Your TermsSource: Charts by TradingViewTechnically, the range is tradable with two visible extremes. GME stock has support below $78 per share. Conversely it has sellers above $175 per share. The price should ping pong between the two, until one of these edges fails. Active investors can then time their entries and exits at the extremes within the range. But once an edge fails, investors will then overshoot in that direction. Both bulls and bears need to be realistic with the fact that they can both eventually be wrong in a big way. They should not discount the potential of GME falling below $50 or rising above $275 in the next 12 months. Both are long shot scenarios, but they are realistic enough in this bizarre world.We are in the middle of an important earning season. Last night, Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) and Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) stock moved 15% and 10%, respectively, in minutes. If these two stable icons can do that, then anything is possible for GME. Too much conviction in this environment can cost investors dearly. I am confident that we don’t know what we don’t know at this point.There are too many variables like we’ve never seen before and on a global scale. When we face this much uncertainty, we should force ourselves to be more humble than normal. There is too much conviction from the GME fans and the haters. In the end, both extremes will suffer consequences they didn’t see coming.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"GME":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1661,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9069616987,"gmtCreate":1651281381848,"gmtModify":1676534883171,"author":{"id":"3581726965987312","authorId":"3581726965987312","name":"BlueKnightz","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/de9fa8491ae8054032d2393da5741bc7","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3581726965987312","idStr":"3581726965987312"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Nice","listText":"Nice","text":"Nice","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":5,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9069616987","repostId":"1157616211","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1157616211","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1651274530,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1157616211?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-04-30 These problems could lower the tech giant’s revenue during the current quarter by $4 billion to $8 billion, explained CFO Luca Maestri during its Q1 earnings call.Despite the news, three Wall Street analysts remained largely upbeat on AAPL stock.Calling Apple’s fiscal second-quarter earnings report “very impressive,” Wedbush analyst Dan Ives wrote that the demand for the company’s products remains strong. He expects concerns about Apple’s supply chain issues to diminish later in the year. The analyst kept an “outperform” rating and a $200 price target on Apple.Analysts Weigh In on AAPL StockAlso weighing in with an upbeat note today was Morgan Stanley analyst Katy Huberty. Contending that the company’s “ecosystem” is still “remarkably stable,” the analyst nevertheless trimmed her price target on the shares to $195 from $210.Meanwhile, Piper Sandler’s Harsh Kumar also remained bullish on Apple’s “ecosystem.” Moreover, he thinks that the firm’s results indicate that it continues to benefit from “strong customer loyalty to both products and services.” Kumar kept a $195 price target and an “overweight” rating on the shares.On a more bearish note, Seeking Alpha columnist Bill Maurer stated that the owners of AAPL stock are displeased with Apple’s dividend, which, according to Maurer, is “rather weak.”","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"AAPL":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":2993,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9069618481,"gmtCreate":1651281358539,"gmtModify":1676534883126,"author":{"id":"3581726965987312","authorId":"3581726965987312","name":"BlueKnightz","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/de9fa8491ae8054032d2393da5741bc7","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3581726965987312","idStr":"3581726965987312"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Nice","listText":"Nice","text":"Nice","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9069618481","repostId":"1110857506","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":3120,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9069618500,"gmtCreate":1651281345933,"gmtModify":1676534883118,"author":{"id":"3581726965987312","authorId":"3581726965987312","name":"BlueKnightz","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/de9fa8491ae8054032d2393da5741bc7","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3581726965987312","idStr":"3581726965987312"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Nice","listText":"Nice","text":"Nice","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9069618500","repostId":"2231253961","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":2077,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9006936757,"gmtCreate":1641571690651,"gmtModify":1676533630675,"author":{"id":"3581726965987312","authorId":"3581726965987312","name":"BlueKnightz","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/de9fa8491ae8054032d2393da5741bc7","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3581726965987312","idStr":"3581726965987312"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Nice","listText":"Nice","text":"Nice","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9006936757","repostId":"2201216295","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2201216295","kind":"highlight","pubTimestamp":1641569178,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/2201216295?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-01-07 23:26","market":"us","language":"en","title":"3 Stocks that Can Turn $100,000 into $1 Million by 2030","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2201216295","media":"Motley Fool","summary":"There's a clear path for these stocks to deliver 10x gains by the end of the decade.","content":"<div>\n<p>There's something especially alluring about the potential to achieve a 10x return. Mutual-fund manager Peter Lynch called such investments 10-baggers. He found quite a few of them during his time leading Fidelity Investments' Magellan Fund.But Lynch is one of the most successful investors ever. Can investors who aren't legends buy potential 10-baggers now?I think so. And it doesn't have to take decades to generate 10x returns. Here are three stocks that may be able to turn $100,000 into $1 million by 2030.1. MercadoLibreWhat do you get when you cross three huge opportunities with a fast-growing and underserved region? MercadoLibre (NASDAQ:MELI). The company stands as the leader in Latin American e-commerce, digital payments, and logistics with a market cap below $60 billion.I view MercadoLibre as one of the top growth stocks to buy for 2022. The stock is down more than 40% from its 52-week high, despite its business continuing to fire on all cylinders. My prediction is that it will rebound strongly this year.However, I'm even more excited about MercadoLibre's prospects throughout the rest of this decade. Investment-firm Morgan Stanley expects the e-commerce market-penetration rate in Latin America will double by 2025 and continue growing rapidly afterward. MercadoLibre will be the obvious winner if this projection is right -- both with its e-commerce and logistics services.There are also millions of people in Latin America who don't use banking services or have only limited banking services. MercadoLibre's MercadoPago payment platform provides a great solution for these individuals. I think that digital payments will become a much bigger business for the company and help it potentially deliver a 10x return by 2030.2. Unity SoftwareARK Invest founder Cathie Wood believes that the metaverse could be worth trillions of dollars. Matthew Ball, CEO of venture-capital firm Epyllion, projects that the metaverse opportunity could reach $30 trillion over the next 15 years. If they're anywhere close to being right, Unity Software (NYSE:U) could easily turn an initial investment of $100,000 into $1 million by the end of this decade.Unity isn't a company that's in the limelight all that much. However, its software was used to develop more than 700 of the top 1,000 mobile games. Unity's platform is No. 1, by far, in creating interactive, real-time 3D content.The rise of the metaverse should lead to a lot more of this content. That presents a massive opportunity for Unity -- one that the company fully intends to seize. CEO John Riccitiello said in Unity's third-quarter conference call that the company's goal is for between 60% and 80% of metaverse content to be built with its software.Riccitiello's range seems attainable based on Unity's past track record. If the metaverse delivers on its potential, it's not hard to envision Unity's market cap increasing from the current $37 billion to at least $370 billion by 2030.3. Twist BioscienceTwist Bioscience (NASDAQ:TWST) ranks as one of the most intriguing biotech stocks on the market. The company specializes in making synthetic DNA. This DNA is used in a variety of ways, including drug development and research.Twist estimates that the addressable market for its synthetic DNA is around $1.8 billion annually. It believes there's at least another $1 billion per-year opportunity in tools for next-generation sequencing (NGS) sample preparation.I don't think those markets are enough to make Twist a 10-bagger by 2030. However, the company is focusing on another area that could enable its stock to deliver a 10x or greater return over the next few years: DNA data storage, which presents a $35 billion opportunity. And DNA holds the potential to store data more cost-effectively for longer periods of time than other alternatives.Twist has a long way to go on this front. But the company is making progress, including confirming that it can synthesize DNA on a 1-micron chip.I think that Twist can get the costs of DNA data storage near $100 per terabyte. If it reaches this milestone, this stock should be a surefire 10-bagger.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"NGS":1,"U":1,"TWST":1,"MELI":0.6}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":2047,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0}],"defaultTab":"posts","isTTM":true}
