His company revolutionized the payroll process by taking it entirely online. It has continued to be a disruptive force over the years, developing a single cloud-based software solution to help companies manage all their human resources (HR) processes. The company's latest innovation, Beti, is once again disrupting the industry by changing the entire payroll procedure. It's helping drive explosive growth for Paycom, which could continue for years to come.Image source: Getty Images.A better payroll systemRichison discussed Paycom's latest disruptive move on the fourth-quarter conference call. He noted that the company \"extended our platform to the employee even further through innovations like BETI, which enables employees to do their own payroll, and we are seeing very strong adoption and record employee usage.\"The company sees Beti, which stands for Better Employee Transaction Interface, as the new way of doing payroll. The industry-first employee-driven payroll solution improves data accuracy, oversight, and user experience. It puts the payroll responsibility into the hands of employees, eliminating a multistep, imperfect, and time-consuming process for HR departments while giving employees more insight into their pay.Richison stated on the call:For years, I have been predicting the end of the old model, whereby HR and payroll personnel's routine of inputting data for employees, is replaced by a self-service model that provides employees direct access to the database. The old model is dying and that is good for both the business and the employee. Paycom is leading this transformation. That's just the latest innovation from the company. The company's single-database HR platform works better than the cobbled-together systems that most companies use today. That has enabled Paycom to capitalize by offering companies an easy-to-use system that improves user experiences, allowing them to maximize the return on this investment in Paycom's software. An unstoppable growth driverThis award-winning solution has been a smashing success. It helped drive record annual revenue retention of 94% in 2021, up from 93% in the prior year. It was also a key growth driver. The company ended the year with nearly 34,000 clients, up 9% compared to 2020. Meanwhile, revenue surged 29% year-over-year in the fourth quarter and 25.4% for the full year. Earnings grew even faster as its margin expanded despite aggressive spending to grow the business. The company delivered an adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) margin of 39.7% of its revenue in 2021, up from 39.3% in 2020.Paycom is only scratching the surface of its potential. Richison noted on the call that \"we still only have approximately 5% of the TAM (total available market) today, so there's plenty of runway ahead to expand and continue to capture market share.\" It's investing heavily to continue taking more market share. It opened five new outside sales offices over the last five months (Manhattan, Las Vegas, Jacksonville, New England, and South Jersey) -- bringing the total to 54 -- to expand its geographic reach. In addition, it has expanded the upper end of its target client size from those with up to 5,000 employees to those with upwards of 10,000 employees. These catalysts have Paycom positioned to continue growing fast in 2022 and beyond. The cloud-based software company sees its revenue rising to more than $1.3 billion this year, putting it up nearly 25% from last year's total. Meanwhile, it sees a further improvement in its adjusted EBITDA margin to around 40% this year, suggesting continued strong profit growth.Lots of growth still aheadPaycom continues to disrupt the payroll industry by launching innovative software solutions that improve the process. While it has grown tremendously over the years, it still has lots of room to run. That upside potential makes it a stock that investors won't want to miss.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"PAYC":1}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":5328,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9096271512,"gmtCreate":1644412397676,"gmtModify":1676533922568,"author":{"id":"3581854803062408","authorId":"3581854803062408","name":"supergrowth","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3581854803062408","idStr":"3581854803062408"},"themes":[],"title":"","htmlText":"Nice","listText":"Nice","text":"Nice","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9096271512","repostId":"1110834491","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1110834491","kind":"news","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Providing stock market headlines, business news, financials and earnings ","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Tiger Newspress","id":"1079075236","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/8274c5b9d4c2852bfb1c4d6ce16c68ba"},"pubTimestamp":1644411617,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1110834491?lang=en_US&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-02-09 21:00","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Pre-Bell|Nasdaq Futures Rallied 1.26%; Xpeng Leaped 6.8%","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1110834491","media":"Tiger Newspress","summary":"U.S. stock index futures rose on Wednesday, with high-growth stocks gaining as a recent rally in Tre","content":"

U.S. stock index futures rose on Wednesday, with high-growth stocks gaining as a recent rally in Treasury yields paused, while investors took comfort from upbeat earnings reports and signs of easing tensions in Ukraine.

Market Snapshot

At 7:52 a.m. ET, Dow E-minis were up 209 points, or 0.59%, S&P 500 E-minis were up 38 points, or 0.84% and Nasdaq 100 E-minis were up 185.25 points, or 1.26%.

Pre-Market Movers

Peloton (PTON) – Peloton added 1% in premarket trading after surging more than 20% in each of the past two sessions. The trouble is, companies known for growing quickly tend to trade at a premium, so it's typically hard to get a bargain under normal conditions. Both of the stocks I'll discuss today have had a punishing 12 months, and the recent market correction hasn't done them any favors. But nothing has changed about the quality of their business models or their ability to successfully execute. So, if anyone is looking for growth at a bargain, they should consider buying them. Let's explore why these companies are likely to bounce back fast.1. GoodRxGoodRx (NASDAQ:GDRX) helps consumers cut down on their prescription costs by finding coupons for the lowest local prices for their medicines and negotiating with manufacturers, pharmacies, and other providers on their behalf. Then, when pharmacy-benefit managers take their administrative fee from the pharmacy once the prescription is filled, GoodRx pockets a portion of it. Consumers can also subscribe for a monthly fee to get access to even more discounts. Between subscription income and fees, GoodRx generated $685.7 million in trailing-12-month revenue, and it's just getting started. The magic of this company's business model is that all of the incentives align perfectly. Patients can afford medications more easily, thereby helping them to experience better health. As a result, manufacturers lose fewer potential sales to price sensitivity among consumers. And healthcare providers don't need to worry about their patients having worse health outcomes from putting off spending on expensive but critical drugs. While it isn't profitable yet, its quarterly revenue has increased by 72.3% since January 2020. More importantly, the number of monthly active consumers using its service has increased by 31% year over year, reaching more than 6.4 million people as of 2021's third quarter. And its quarterly adjusted earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) have grown by 16%, reaching $61.8 million. As long as people need to spend less on their medications, the business will keep growing. If GoodRx can keep onboarding more consumers every year, it'll increase its economies of scale when it comes to negotiating with drug manufacturers and pharmacy-benefit managers, and that'll likely support a higher profit margin and more earnings accordingly. Therefore, it's definitely worth picking up a few shares while it's in a downtrend with the rest of the market if an investor's looking for a stock that has the potential to multiply in value.2. Innovative Industrial PropertiesMuch like GoodRx, Innovative Industrial Properties (NYSE:IIPR) has a highly repeatable business model, but it isn't in healthcare. Instead, Innovative Industrial is in the marijuana industry where it operates as both a landlord and a financial institution.Innovative Industrials' business starts when a cannabis company needs to raise capital but can't do so because traditional financial institutions are reluctant to lend to them as a result of cannabis prohibition. In short, the company offers to buy out a business' cannabis cultivation space, contingent on the owner leasing their former property immediately thereafter. That trade is mutually beneficial as the business gets the cash they need to grow, and Innovative Industrial gets a new rent-paying tenant as well as some property. And it's also quite profitable. Over the last three years, the company's quarterly net income has grown by 726.5%, and its dividend has grown by 233.3%. What's more, the weighted average lease length for its tenants is 16.7 years, so its base of revenue is remarkably safe. And all of the above bodes very well for new shareholders.Given that Innovative Industrial has more than $127 million in cash in the bank and $182.7 million in trailing-12-month revenue, it also has plenty of resources to keep buying out more space to continue growing. The only issue is, over the last six months, the total return of its shares has dropped by nearly 12%. Part of that is a result of the market getting gloomier toward marijuana stocks in general, and the recent correction certainly hasn't helped. On the bright side, the dip has driven Innovative Industrials' dividend yield up to 3%, which should sweeten the pot for new investors.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"IIPR":1,"GDRX":1}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":3548,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9091584897,"gmtCreate":1643900190597,"gmtModify":1676533869437,"author":{"id":"3581854803062408","authorId":"3581854803062408","name":"supergrowth","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3581854803062408","idStr":"3581854803062408"},"themes":[],"title":"","htmlText":"Woah, over 20% dip.","listText":"Woah, over 20% dip.","text":"Woah, over 20% dip.","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":5,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9091584897","repostId":"1136820143","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1136820143","kind":"news","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Providing stock market headlines, business news, financials and earnings ","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Tiger Newspress","id":"1079075236","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/8274c5b9d4c2852bfb1c4d6ce16c68ba"},"pubTimestamp":1643898985,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1136820143?lang=en_US&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-02-03 22:36","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Meta Platforms Plunged Over 26% in Morning Trading after Its Disappointing Q4 Results","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1136820143","media":"Tiger Newspress","summary":"MetaPlatforms plunged over 26% in morning trading after its disappointing Q4 results.
