今天財報以後預感理想$理想汽車(LI)$ $理想汽車-W(02015)$ 在純電動車的續航問題上會走特斯拉路線，即：整車低風阻 + 儘量小的電池 + 高能效電驅 + 高功率快充，通過各種手段把續航「省」出來。成本考量（減少電池用量）是這個路線的關鍵，理想沒有自建電池工廠，但是自建 SiC 功率模塊工廠的目的也是把控這一路線中最關鍵的環節。廠長在財報中說 800 V 高壓 SiC 的車型相比 400 V IGBT 組合能節省大概 15％ 的電池使用量。也就是如果後者電池是 100 度，前者 85 度就能實現，純電芯這塊的物料成本能省下小兩萬。根據去年下半年的官方消息，理想蘇州功率半導體工廠 2023 年上半年會啓動樣品試製，2024 年將正式投產。投產後的產能將逐步爬升至年產 240 萬隻半橋功率模塊。大致查了一下信息，一個電機一般要用到 3 個半橋模塊，理想純電大概率延續雙電機佈局，那麼一臺車就是 6 個半橋模塊，江蘇工廠的 SiC 峯值產能夠滿足 40 萬輛的高壓純電產品。另一邊的信息回顧，理想用於生產高壓純電車型的北京工廠一期年產能是 10 萬輛，計劃今年底投產，可以滿足 4 款車型共線生產。來源：微博 @42號車庫-萊因哈特
