$Singtel(Z74.SI)$  Besides the 3 SG banks which are all great ($DBS(D05.SI)$  $UOB(U11.SI)$ ), DBS just published a list of 7 alternative deep value stocks and Singtel made the list! I would say a lot of people are overlooking Singtel despite its attractive 4.3% dividends (whether due to bad personal experience or otherwise).
