Tech is very over sold I think with money moving to treasuries. Looks like the bond yields are coming down. The money should soon flow back into stocks.
$Microsoft(MSFT)$ has a higher credit rating than the US. Also the US bond yields are so high that I wonder if the bonds issued by companies like Meta would be bought. Why take risk with corporate bonds if US sovereign debt is safer and yields higher? If that happens how would hyper scalers scale?
I am expecting SPACEX to fall below 100 as the CapEx needed is a lot and don't think there is a clear idea on how much more money is needed. SpaceX also raised bonds yo get more money immediately after a expensive IPO launch. So until capex number seems to go down quarter over quarter and seems steady until then I think the stock will be choppy and I think will go below 100.

Looks like Microsoft is going to spend on a need basis for it's business on AI unlike companies like Meta who spend then say we are going to lease out excess capacity. Microsoft is pragmatic. It's not saying it's not going to spend but see what it needs and go gradually.
