My logic for holding is that the company has wisely diversified its revenue stream, and what just happened with Neuron is really an R&D cost that isn't capped. In the meantime, they can eliminate a lot of other bottlenecks and incorporate lessons learned by SpaceX, who just increased their output with every failure.
