President Joe Biden has been “very clear” that he's “always supported the legalization of marijuana for medical purposes.
Some investors are positive about marijuana decriminalization and begin to bottom cannabis stock.
However, some investors are bag holders of cannabis stock such as $Tilray Inc.(TLRY)$. They bought $Tilray Inc.(TLRY)$ at high point of $67 or even $300.

If marijuana is legalised, then the cannabis industry will flourish. Already $Tilray Inc.(TLRY)$ is up 34% in the past month as well as $AdvisorShares Pure US Cannabis ETF(MSOS)$ which has jumped 50% in just 1 month.
I am not keen to invest in this industry as it is a high risk high reward kind of investment. At this point, it is still too early to tell whether this law will be passed in the US. There is still a lot of controversy surrounding the use of marijuana. So I will not be bottom fishing nor bag holding marijuana stocks. I like to bottom fish quality stocks like $Apple(AAPL)$ $Microsoft(MSFT)$ as these stocks can only go up in the long term.
