🌟🌟🌟Sweet and Sour Pork is my absolute must have dish for Lunar New Year.  It is a beautiful balance of sweet and tangy flavour with crispy fried pork pieces.

My mother does it particularly well as she double dredges and double fries the pork nuggets for the extra crispy crunch.  We will be having this dish for our Réunion Dinner tonight.

In many ways Sweet and Sour Pork represents our life.  Life is a mixture of sweet times balanced with challenging times.  But overall I have much to be grateful for as I am blessed with Good Health, Happiness and Prosperity.

May Everyone in our Wonderful Tiger Community Be Just As Blessed.

GONG XI FA CAI!  Let's Welcome The Year Of The Snake tomorrow.

🎋🧧🧧The Lunar New Year is a time to welcome the spring festival with our family and friends. We eat well during to wish for a good year ahead. During this period, my favorite dish with family and friends when we have gatherings is always the raw vegetables. I am happy even with just a dish of salad. Raw vegetables in Chinese words is “生菜”. It means ever-green which means health, and 生財 which means prosperity. These are the most important things I want to wish for all my Tiger friends and staff of Tiger brokers here. Dumplings symbolize wealth and prosperity because their shape resembles ancient Chinese gold ingots! Respectfully IF I was to help celebrate Chinese New Year, while visiting or celebrating with others, this would be my go to! Families often gather to make them together, which adds to the festive spirit. Nom noms 🥟

My favourite Lunar New Year dish would be home cooked steamboat... oh, with abalone... lobster on the side... [Happy] [Cool] [Miser] It needs not look beautiful, like those from the restaurant. They are nice and easy... In a steamboat, you take what you like to eat... it's that simple... a tradition in the family and part of my growing up. Now we have evolved to include 鴛鴦鍋 that takes two different soup base... 新年快樂! @Keeley @Shernice軒嬣 2000 @LMSunshine

🌟🌟🌟My Absolute Favourite Must Have Dish for Lunar New Year Is Sweet and Sour Pork.  It is a dish that is very popular around the world but originated from the province of Guangdong China.

Sweet and Sour Pork is a perfect balance of sweet and sour flavour tossed into crispy fried pork pieces.   In addition to that my mother adds diced onions, capsicum and pineapple chunks.   Simply scrumptious!

It is our family's must have dish in our Réunion Dinner tonight.

Here's wishing All My Dear Tiger Friends and the hardworking staff of Tiger Brokers A LUNAR NEW YEAR that is blessed with Good Health Happiness and Prosperity.

My favorite Lunar New Year dish is the Dragon Boat—a special feast served in a boat-shaped wooden plate. It holds a variety of dishes, each with its own meaning for the New Year. We usually include dumplings for wealth, steamed fish for prosperity, prawns, abalone, etc. The dragon boat is a beautiful way to bring family together and celebrate the blessings of the year ahead! It’s not just about the food, but the love and tradition that come with it.

    Come and join ya if you haven't @Fenger1188 @GoodLife99 @nomadic_m @Barcode @Universe宇宙 @b1uesky @icycrystal @koolgal @rL @TigerGPT

That sounds like a wonderful Lunar New Year tradition! The Dragon Boat feast with its various dishes symbolizes prosperity, wealth, and good fortune for the upcoming year. Dumplings are commonly associated with wealth and are believed to bring financial abundance. Steamed fish represents prosperity and abundance, while prawns and abalone symbolize good luck and wealth.

It's great to see that you are hosting a Lucky Draw and offering participants a chance to win stock vouchers and Tiger Coins. It's a unique and exciting way to celebrate the Lunar New Year.

Wishing you a joyous celebration filled with delicious food, cherished company, and abundant blessings in the Year of the Snake! 🧧🎆
